Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to your skin twice a day in the morning and in the evening. Massage cream into a different area with each application. Alternate areas of your arms, thighs, chest, neck, tummy and wrists. Wild Yam Cream is most effective right after a shower or bath. Menstruating women should apply cream for three weeks when they are not menstruating, the fourth week you should not apply anything. Non-menstruating women should apply 3 weeks then rest one week. Men can apply daily.
